1.The agreement

These notes describe a workspace opened on Serviqoo. They are not a countersigned contract.

2.Subscriptions and seats

A plan has a monthly price and a user limit. Checkout is not connected. Adding a person does not create a prorated invoice.

3.Payment

A workspace invoice stays unpaid until a payment row is recorded. Card checkout is not connected, and this page does not send a late-payment notice.

4.Acceptable use

Do not attempt to read another tenant's records.

5.Availability and support

The service is provided as operated. This page does not publish an uptime percentage. Support follows the contact options on the site.

6.Your data

A signed-in user with permission can export customers. There is no automatic export for 30 days after the workspace is closed.

7.Liability

This page does not set a liability cap.

8.Termination

A workspace can be suspended. Closing it does not keep books for a country retention period.
