Tenant isolation
Records are stored against the company tenant. A signed-in user sees that workspace, not another company's customers or invoices.
Security on Serviqoo means a tenant cannot read another tenant, a role cannot pass the package. A workspace stored as required blocks sign-in until an authenticator is on. The default stays optional.
Records are stored against the company tenant. A signed-in user sees that workspace, not another company's customers or invoices.
Entitlements close modules the package does not include. A Starter user cannot open work orders, inventory, HR, payroll, WhatsApp or AI.
Owners invite people and assign roles. Deactivated users cannot sign in. A role still cannot exceed the package.
An authenticator is checked when that user has one turned on. A workspace stored as required blocks sign-in until an authenticator is on. The default stays optional.
Document language is stored on the tenant. Changing the interface language does not rewrite issued documents.
Work-order photos and drawn signatures are not stored. File storage keeps metadata. Checkout credentials are not connected.
These are the controls the product actually exposes. Certifications and connected e-invoicing networks are not claimed here.
The workspace can record a data-subject request. That screen does not delete invoices or journals.
The tenant country supplies tax labels. It does not file a return by itself.
Amounts, tax labels, units, dates and statuses use the tenant document language.
