1.Who is responsible

A workspace stores the records its users enter. This page does not name a data-protection officer.

2.Data we process

Account details, company identifiers, invoices, staff rows, and message text that you store. Work-order photos and drawn signatures are not stored.

3.Why we process it

To run the workspace that was opened. The product does not file a tax return, and it does not submit an invoice to a tax authority.

4.Where data is stored

The hosted app does not place a tenant in a chosen EU or Gulf region. Without a database URL the store is ephemeral.

5.How long we keep it

No job deletes invoices or journals on a country retention period. Other records are not deleted 90 days after closure.

6.Your rights

The workspace privacy screen can store a request. It does not promise a reply within 30 days, and it does not erase invoices.

7.Contact

A note on the contact form is saved. Email is not sent unless a provider is configured.
